અમારા નામમાં જ અમારી ઓળખ છે — ગાંઠીયારથ શાહીબાગવાળા. એ જ સ્વાદ હવે ચાંગોદર હાઈવે પર, ધ ફૂડ રૂમમાં.
સવારે સાત વાગ્યે કઢાઈ ગરમ થાય અને સાંજ સુધી ગાંઠીયા, ફાફડા, ખમણ, ભજીયા અને જલેબી તાજાં ઉતરતાં રહે. બધું ગુલાબ સિંગતેલમાં. બેસીને ખાઓ કે પાર્સલ લઈ જાઓ — સ્વાદ એ જ.
Our name says where we come from — Gathiya Rath, Shahibagwala. The same taste is now on Changodar Highway, at The Food Room.
The kadai is hot by seven in the morning, and gathiya, fafda, khaman, bhajiya and jalebi keep coming off it until evening. All in Gulab groundnut oil. Sit down and eat, or take a parcel — the taste stays the same.
